Machine Features

The 0.1-3 liter PET ordinary bottle, PET hot filling bottle and BOPP high temperature bottle (one out of four) are blown with four cavity grinding tools to make 600 ml bottles. The output can be as large as 3000 bottles per hour. The advanced PLC control system can control the time accurately to 0.01 seconds. Special air storage devices are heated with infrared light tubes, which have strong penetration, the bottle embryo is heated by rotation, the rail revolution, the heating is uniform, fast and reliable.
Different heating lamps are equipped with independent temperature control devices to ensure the ideal heating effect of the bottle embryo. The direction of the heating lamps can be adjusted according to different bottle embryos. Only one person is required for operation, and no special training is required.
The installation and startup are simple, and the scrap rate of finished products is lower than 0.2%.
